Slicone Sponge Sheet (SX-E001)

Foam silicone strip and foam silicone slice are the same squeezed out by machines. Both of them are high temperature resistance silicone foam products. The differences is that the foam silicone strip is squeezed out by extrusion machine, the main effect is sealed for products, it is also named silicone foam seal strip. But foam silicone sheet the biggest feature is technology, it is belong to molding process, it pressed by large-scale molding machine, it is also called silicone sponge strip because of it is similar with sponge.

We are producing silicone foam sealing strip, foam sealing sheet, silica foam seal belt and related sealing products, they are vulcanized in oven with high temperature, made from 100% gas phase silica gel raw material with blowing agent. It will generate a lot of air when sulfidation lead to produce lots of tiny holes within silicone interior. High temperature resistance, elastic, superior quality with high temperature won't transformation under high temperature of 300 degrees.
